How is pricing worked out?
Aviora is set up around your agency, so we quote once we know your number of clients and carers and how you run visits.
Is there an app for carers?
Yes. Carers use the Aviora app on Android, or sign in from any browser. They see their visits, start each one at the client’s home, and work through the care plan.
How do we know a visit happened?
Each visit is recorded with its start and end time, the location at both moments, and everything the carer completed from the care plan.
Where is our data kept?
Each agency has its own system and its own database, hosted in the UK. Before you go live, we provide a Data Processing Agreement and help you with ICO registration.
