Security and data
Care records deserve care too.
Care plans and visit notes are some of the most sensitive records there are. Here is how Aviora handles them.
A separate system for each agency
Every agency gets its own deployment and its own database. Your records are not stored in one database shared with other agencies.
The database is hosted in the United Kingdom.
Location at set moments, never live
The app saves location when a visit starts and ends, and when a carer clocks in or out. It does not follow carers between those moments or while they are off duty.
The purpose is to confirm the visit or shift took place. GPS can be unreliable indoors, so location is a check, not proof on its own.
Your agency should tell staff about this in its own privacy notice or handbook.
Who can see what
Admins run the office side of the system. Employees work from a limited dashboard built around their own visits and assigned clients.
There is no family portal. Relatives do not get access to care records through Aviora.
Your responsibilities, and how we help
Your agency decides how its care records are used, and remains responsible for meeting CQC and other inspector requirements. Aviora runs the system on your behalf.
We help you prepare your ICO registration as you go live, and we provide a Data Processing Agreement before your system takes real client data.
